Why We Do It This Way
Auto Repair Fraser was set up around a simple idea: people should know what is wrong with their vehicle before they are asked to pay to fix it. That is why every job here starts with a free vehicle inspection and a conversation, not a bill.
Living in the Fraser Valley means long winters, steep passes and plenty of miles between towns. Vehicles here work hard, and the people who drive them need to trust that a repair was the right one. We take that seriously.
The work itself is grounded in proper training: formal technical school followed by dealer training, the kind of foundation that shows up in how a diagnosis gets made and how a repair gets finished.
Our Commitment
To give every customer a clear, honest picture of their vehicle and a repair they understand and approve. If something can wait, we will say so. If a repair is not worth it, we will say that too.
How We Treat Every Customer
Free inspection, always
Every job starts with a free look, so the first conversation is about facts, not fees.
Plain-language findings
We explain what failed and why, and show you if you want to see it.
Prices before work
You hear the cost first. Nothing is ordered or installed without your yes.
What matters most, first
Safety-related findings come first; the rest is ranked so you can plan.
Straight repair-or-replace advice
For engines and transmissions, both options get priced and compared.
Cars and trucks alike
Gas and diesel, commuter and work truck, all handled the same careful way.
What Your First Visit Looks Like
Call and tell us what is going on. We book a free vehicle inspection, check the problem and the parts around it, and call you with a plain explanation and a price. Then you decide what happens next.
